Sequence Download
This allows you to download the orthologue IRG peptide sequences for ONE input gene, for your use. You must specify which species your input gene is.
If you use a human ensembl gene id but you want a mouse gene you will not get any results.
The results will be loaded in another window and will be in the form of a table that describe the species that have your input gene, ensembl
id for the species, gene symbol, and transcription ID of the gene that you inputed. For some genes you will get more than one output row for a particular
species for example: this is due to different genes having different transcriptions the same gene.
This searching capability also allows you to export all the sequences of the orthologues listed in the output list of the original gene. It will
give all peptide sequences for your gene along with the ensembl ids, name of the gene and the species.
